Training Tips:

#1.    Hydration is one of the most important things you can do to ensure that your performance is consistent throughout your motos.

#2.   Pre-race warm up should be completed before each practice and moto.  If you do not have access to a stationary cycle you may perform the following:  25 squats, 40 elbows to knees, 25 front/rear big arm circles, 20 jumping jacks.  If you have the time a dynamic stretch routine should also be completed.
